After many months of trying I decided to leave the site and asked them to delete me from the site. You can't say I didn't try.įirst they billed me without my permission. I never, not once got any help from them. When they do, they seem very kind and helpful. Their reply takes about a month to two months if they do. And they steal from musicians because muso's allow it. Not to mention the horrible spam infested site. Soundcloud is by far the worst customer support I have ever experienced.
